* You can substitute a blend of ground turkey and ground beef if you want. I don't recommend just using turkey, but half-and-half is OK. |
Directions |
Prepare the Hamburger Helper or Farmhouse Dinner according to the package directions. If using Hamburger Helper, do not pour topping over the mix; instead, spread some around the middle of each tortilla. If using the Farmhouse Dinner, sprinkle some shredded cheddar cheese on the tortillas. Pre-heat oven to 300°F. Spoon the mix into the tortillas, and fold into burritos. Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil, and spread the burritos on the cookie sheet. Wait for the oven to finish pre-heating before you put the burritos in, and cook for 5-10 minutes until just slightly browned. Let cool for a few minutes; burritos will be HOT inside. If you have a George Foreman grill, you could use that instead of the oven. |
