Ingredients

2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
½ cup honey
½ cup dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. curry powder
Rice

Directions

Mix the honey, mustard, soy sauce and curry powder together. Spoon over chicken breasts, and marinate all day. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F while cooking rice. Spoon off the grease. Spoon over rice.
