I want a 24″ single-device round ATA-133 cable. Actually I want to buy three of them. Why is this too much to ask for? I just checked nine different manufacturers; nobody makes them. Dual-device, sure; single-device 18″ or less, no problem; 24″ single-device round floppy cable, not real common but they're out there. But nooooo, all ATA-133 cables longer than 18″ are dual-device only for some reason.

I need long hard drive cables, I won't be running slave devices, and I don't want the extra connectors getting in the way! I can't be the only one. Ah well, the future is Serial ATA, so I guess the problem is solved...
