So apparently my Bluecurve theme doesn't render correctly with Internet Explorer on Windows, although it works fine with every other browser I've tried including Internet Explorer on the Mac. For some reason IE on Windows is ignoring my specified table cell widths and making up its own arbitrarily. Usually it's only Netscape that does that. Oh well. I'll try to figure out a workaround that doesn't break all the other browsers.

I know I said I was done with new themes, but I added one anyway, called Seven. Brings back some memories. Also added lots more backgrounds!
